Air Energy Water Heater Working Procedure

Four major parts of refrigeration:The four main components of a refrigeration system are the evaporator, compressor, condenser, and throttling device. These components work together to remove heat from a space and transfer it outside. The evaporator absorbs heat from the surrounding air or material, the compressor compresses the refrigerant gas, the condenser releases the heat outside, and the throttling device controls the amount of refrigerant flowing through the system. Each component plays a vital role in ensuring the proper functioning of the refrigeration system.

Stable three parts:To ensure proper storage and distribution of liquids, a compressor is used to maintain the pressure of the liquid in a storage tank. To regulate the flow of the liquid, an expansion valve in the form of a capillary tube is used. To remove any water and impurities from the liquid, a dry filter is employed. These components work together to provide a high-quality liquid storage system.

Attain outstanding energy efficiency by innovating beyond conventional energy conversion principles.

As the heat pump functions, the evaporator enables the working medium to assimilate the stored energy QA present in the environment.

To initiate the system, a certain amount of energy is required, which means that electricity is consumed by the compressor (denoted as QB).

Simultaneously, the heat discharged by the working fluid is transferred to the hot medium in the condenser. The high-temperature medium absorbs the leftover heat from the working fluid, which further cools the fluid and results in its condensation.

As soon as the compressor input begins operations, the mechanical kinetic energy is converted into thermal energy. This means that the heat pump's energy output is a combination of the work done by the compressor, QB, and the heat absorbed, QA, from the surrounding environment. This effectively bypasses the limitations of the traditional single energy conversion process, which is unable to reach 100% efficiency, and maximizes energy utilization. Utilizing heat pump technology is therefore a more energy-efficient choice.
