Main Specification

Stainless steel and color steel are both used in the production of non-pressure vacuum tubes.
The inner tank of the product is made of food-grade stainless steel (SUS304 2B) with a thickness ranging from 0.31mm to 0.45mm.
The outer tank options for this particular application include two choices: a food-grade stainless steel, either 0.4mm SUS304 2B or BA, or a 0.5mm galvanized steel.
For areas prone to corrosion problems, an anodized aluminum frame of 1.2mm stainless steel or 1.5mm galvanized steel is recommended. Make sure to choose the appropriate material based on the specific needs of the coast area.
Our tubes are made of premium quality high birosilicate glass and come with an AL-N-AL coating or AL-N-AL-CU-SS three target coating. These coatings offer superior protection against external elements and help preserve the tube's integrity over a longer period of time. Rest easy knowing that our tubes are built to last and designed to meet the highest standards of quality and durability.

Packing Details

We have one carton for the solar water tank and another carton for the stand frame. The solar vacuum tubes are packaged in sets of 10 and each set comes in its own carton.

At the same time, the cooler water present in the tank flows downwards towards the collector. This continuous circulation of water ensures efficient heating throughout the system. By utilizing the inherent properties of density, the compact non-pressure solar water heater efficiently harnesses solar energy to provide hot water in a cost-effective manner.
