The pressurized storage tank has been intelligently designed, with a rational and scientific approach. It has successfully withstood an impressive 100,000 times fatigue test without experiencing any sort of damage. Moreover, this remarkable tank can even be equipped with anode magnesium and a backup heating device, both of which significantly contribute to enhancing solar water heating capabilities.
The installation of a split modularized structure makes it easier and more adaptable to different roof structures. In this system, the collector is installed separately from the storage tank. This allows for greater flexibility in positioning the collector on the roof, as it can be adjusted to the optimal angle and position. Additionally, by placing the storage tank inside the house, the load bearing considerations of the house roof can be disregarded. This means that the structural integrity of the roof is not compromised by the weight of the storage tank. Overall, this design allows for a more efficient and convenient installation process, with minimal impact on the existing roof structure.
The system operates automatically and requires almost no maintenance, ensuring safety, stability, and reliability.
The system's applicability extends to freezing environments, thanks to the use of anti-freezing fluids as the heat-transfer medium.
Working Theory
There have three parts of the split pressurized solar water heater system:one is flat-plate solar collector,the second is the water tank and there is one or two cooper coil inside the water tank(optional),the third is the working station which include the expansion tank,circulation pump,probe(pressure,temperature),check valve,the temperature sensor and flow meter and the digital display.
The flat-plate solar collector absorbs solar energy and transmits it to the water tank through circulation,When the temperature of the collector reaches the set value,the controller starts the circulation pump automatically.The circulation pump makes heat-conductiong liquid circulate automatically.Then the heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the tank to heat the water.
