Solar Heater Working Principle
The absence of an exhaust hole in the solar heater tank means that it has to withstand the pressure exerted by both cold and hot water when in use. As a result of this pressure, hot water is forced out of the tank.
The solar energy is absorbed by the vacuum tube, and through the use of a conductive copper pipe, the heat is transferred into the pressurized solar water heater tank. As a result, the water inside the tank gradually becomes hot and can be used accordingly.
The absence of water in the heat pipe results in the system being able to withstand pressure.
