The heat pipe vacuum tubes function efficiently even without the presence of water flowing into them. It is worth noting that the system works well even when one or multiple vacuum tubes are removed.
The efficiency produced by the glass vacuum tube was significantly lower during winter and summer, compared to the efficiency generated by the new technology. Specifically, the new technology produced 55% more efficiency during summer and 42% more efficiency during winter than the traditional glass vacuum tube.

The inner water tank of this system is made of food-grade stainless steel SUS304-2B. This material ensures that the water remains clean and safe for drinking. The storage tank contains a highly efficient copper coil which facilitates the transfer of heat from the collectors. Additionally, an extra copper coil within the tank can be utilized to connect with devices like radiators for domestic heating purposes. Moreover, this additional coil can be linked with other heating devices such as gas systems to provide assistance in solar water heating.
Workstation System
An intelligent controller, circulating pump, flow meter, relief valve, pressure gauge, expansion vessel, and check valve are all components of a comprehensive integrated system.
2) More intelligent operation, when temperature discrepancy between collector and water tank reaches set value, the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically for heat exchange, or start auxiliary heating element to assist solar water heating when less hot water presents.
Accessories

2) Anode magnesium Bar: Soften hard water in system so as to protect storage tank and copper coil from water scale effectively

Working Principle
A. The Solar Water Heater with flange can connect to the pressured water tank and it can be installed on the flat with stand or mounting on the sloping roof without support stand
B. The heat pipe vacuum tube absorbs the heat energy from sunlight, because there is a closed-loop between water tank and solar collector, so the heat can transfer to water tank from the solar collector
C. The conduct medium is Glycol and water mixture, it can endure the very low temperature and anti freeze, meanwhile it can exchange heat energy with cold water in the water tank
D. With help of the controller system, it can balance the temperature of the water tank and the solar collector. When the temperature difference is higher than preset value, the controller system will start the circulation pump and the heat energy can be transferred between the water tank and solar collector
E. The controller can also control the electrical heater booster; The temperature can be preset with digital adjust. When the T of the water in the water tank is higher than the preset value.
F. The water tank has a very long insulation period, so the temperature of the hot water can be protected for 72 hours
