Outer tank material: SUS304 stainless steel
There is an option to choose between two different materials for the inner tank: SUS304 food-grade stainless steel or SUS316L. The thickness of the inner tank is 1.2mm. The primary material is SUS304, but if desired, SUS316L can be selected as an alternative. Both materials are suitable for food-grade applications.
The vacuum tubes are made using high-quality borosilicate glass 3.3, which is known for its superior durability and resistance to thermal shock. The absorb coating is made using a combination of aluminum, stainless steel and copper, ensuring efficient absorption of solar radiation. Moreover, the tubes also contain heat pipes made from high-quality copper, which allows for quicker transfer of heat from the collector to the water tank. All these features work together to ensure a longer lifespan, optimized performance and a higher return on investment for the user.

This product is designed to work efficiently with mains pressure water systems that operate at a maximum pressure of 8 bar or 116psi. It is important to note that this product is not suitable for use with low-pressure water systems.

Solar Heater Working Principle

Since the solar heater tank lacks an exhaust hole, it must endure pressure from both tap and hot water when being used. This pressure causes the hot water to flow out effortlessly thanks to the force of the water.
The solar energy is absorbed by the vacuum tube, which is then transferred to the pressurized solar water heater tank through the conductive copper pipe. As a result, the water inside the tank is heated up, becoming hot and ready for use.
The absence of water in the heat pipe implies that the entire system can withstand pressure.

2) Can be used all year round in the cold climate

Rapid warming is achieved through high efficiency. By utilizing a heat pipe within a vacuum tube, the transfer of hot energy to the cold water in a pressurized water tank becomes incredibly swift. The heat pipe effectively facilitates the rapid transfer of thermal energy, resulting in efficient water heating.

The maximum pressure that can be sustained by the inlet is 0.6Mpa and the entire system can handle up to 1.5kg/M2. The inlet has the capability to connect directly to tap water without any intermediary device or instrument.

The system can still function even if one of the tubes is broken and there is no water present within the tube.

The inner tank design has been thoroughly tested and proven to be both reasonable and scientific, withstanding up to 100,000 times of fatigue testing without experiencing any damage.

These brackets are designed to serve a double purpose for both flat and inclined roofs. You can use them conveniently on either type of roof.

To avoid any issue caused by the malfunctioning of the water level controller, the system maintains a constant temperature of water in the tank and ensures that it stays pressurized. This prevents any potential water overflow problem.
